Depends on what you need for nose, but its one of the easier surgeries to botch aesthetically. And if you want a less bulbous nose its higher risk to botch functionally. Fat grafts is low risk

fat grafting might be one of the best things out there soon i will be getting fat grafting in uee to fix the excessive exposure issue .

I think anyone who makes a tier list of hardmaxxes doesn't consider the dimension of cost into their rankings.
Yes, in a vacuum geniplasty/bimax is going to be top tier in terms of impact, so is rhino - yet rhino for a bulbous nose is a fraction of the cost so I would put it higher in the rankings. At least if I ever make a vid on ranking hardmaxxes, that would be my thought process - how much does a hardmax give you pound for pound.
