Face Pulling effects for pubertycels?

Hi guys, I am very lowiq but I am confused about what face pulling does, and if it is worth it. I could afford the 250$ one if it will do anything good for me, I have a slight recessed chin but i dont think my lower jaw is recessed however I could be mistaken, thanks.
