Warm to hot towel/compress for 10-15 minutes 2-3 times daily, icing face twice a day, cold plunge also would help. Stimulate your salivary glands through sour foods/candies and sucking on them. Examples: lemon drops or warheads. Hold ice cubes in your mouth between your teeth and cheek, this may not be optimal for teeth but it will speed up the reduction of inflamition, do around twice daily.
