Genuinely how do i lose face fat. Im 15-16% bf and my body is decently lean, but my face look like im 20%+
How do i solve this?

Yeah salt is bad. But dont try to consistently have much higher potassium than sodium, u will ruin the balance long-term

Another thing u could do is buccinator atrophy

Training neck and hyoid also tightens the skin around the lower lower-third

It could be that yes, try leaning out more and retaining muscle and dont eat less than your maintenance since your still growing
