FaceIQ's shift in perspective - does anyone agree?

yea but they ate fruit when they had access to them it just shows that it's a good food source and mogs water for hydration, especially with all the electrolytes and a bit of vitamins they give us

why would we imitate cavemen when they were starving/didnt have fruit because of the wather? we should imitate what they ate like when there was an abundance of food, not lack of it

if some cavemen ate roots and leaves when they didnt have any meat for 2 weeks it doesnt mean we should imitate that. same here
But what about the Randle cycle? eating too many carbs consistently, a long with fatty meat, would make it so your body would become unhealthier?

for the fruit; wouldn't that just make our body adapted to only eating fruit seasonally? I think this is show when humans start to become insulin resistant after consistently eating too much sugar a long with protein and fat :feelsgood::feelsgood::ogre:

He's not an idiot, and he's a good debater. His info is js wrong. :hnghn:
WHy would anyone watch his debates ? He dont even have his own theories so what is there to debate

the whole primal bullshit is retarded and can be debunked by just watching 1 documentary on youtube about those primal tribes in africa

their lifestyle literally contradicts what the primal copers preach

they eat whatever the fuck they can find, fucking baboons squirrels, honey, muddy water, berries, bannans legit whatever

a fucking caveman isn't gonna do science expiriment, he will pass by some food he will eat simple as that

the only time humans were on a restrictive diet was because of the lack of resources and not some giga high intuition
he isnt primal- he's just a carnivor

Because he is a retard.

Even the dumbest faggots I know understand that carbohydrates are essential for the human body
'theyre so essential your body produces them on its own', right? :soy::ogre:

Vegan has longevity studies backing their science up, it was never about being at optimal capacity at all times. But for longevity they win and its no debate if you look at true science and research within the nutrutional science communities

randle cycle is cellular level, it's not like all cells in your body are all keto or all carb :incel:

no, how tf do you expect an adaptation to eating fruit seasonally to work? like you have some kind of a season clock inside you and you can only eat fruit during summer? what about people on the equator who dont have seasons and historically had a bunch of fruit all year round?

also this all sounds like sum esoteric anato pathway speculation, i prefer to go off of what my body wants and what we see working for people long term. from what ive seen, all the people on a zero carb cooked carnivore look pretty low t and sad, and most of them quit it and report improvements in a lot of areas

even faceiq said that he saw 50%+ of his community members get negative effects from zero carb

'theyre so essential your body produces them on its own', right? :soy::ogre:
Because it's just easier to eat a bit of carbs instead of abstinating from something humanity has eaten thoughout history. Sure your body can make glucose, but it is far more metabolically efficient if you just eat them because then you don't sacrifice t3, etc.

AHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHA NIGGER??

are you gonna show us your correlation studies? what about all the micronutrients not found in plants? what about all the antinutrients and toxins? what about all vegans ever looking old and malnourished? :Comfy: brutal shit dude

and any restrictive diet will always result in crazy cravings and ur just gonna break it 9/10 times. js eat what your body wants, like i didnt have any cravings in months atp

Wow, if he really said that, then it would make sense that he quit the no carb diet,

but for the seasonal "fruit adaptation" the point I made still stands, even if its not a caused by injecting fruit; humans still have an overproduction of insulin after eating too much fruit, consistently

also, what do you mean the randle cycle is at a cellular level? does it change that your cells would still be competing over which energy source to use? (fat vs carbs) :feelsgood::feelsgood::ogre:

Longevity and looks is not the same. Also meat eaters dont look healthier. Also meat can make you yellow around the eyes, and its not a good thing . Brutal goatis coper

idk bhai i havent read up on this exact point, but i trust my instincts. goatis is lowky retarded but his idea of trusting your intuition is the ebst thing you can do for ur diet

when it comes to the randle cycle liek yeah some of your cells will consume fat and some of them will consume carb, just because there's "competition" doesn't mean the absorption is significantly slowed down/impacted in a negative way

also nigga rep me wtf :Comfy:

Longevity and looks is not the same
looks are an external reflection of internal health (collagen, cell fat type etc.)

Also meat eaters dont look healthier
yes they obv do

Also meat can make you yellow around the eyes, and its not a good thing
wtf are you saying dude, are you gonna like give evidence, tell us the pathways/what causes that? i can also tell you that greeny leaves like spinachkale cause kidney stones because the antinutrients in them bind to calcium

well, the randle cycle is said to make it so there is cellular detriment when your cells are competing over fat or carbs

also, im honestly going based off of common knowledge, its usually shown that fruits , or any other high simple-carb food , make your body produce a lot of insulin, over time this will make you insulin resistant, etc. :ogre::feelsgood::feelsgood:

yea sure, any sugary shit will spike your insulin, even gng :Comfy:

if you're a bit more insulin resistant coz ur eating fruit it's overall gonna be the same baseline as if you didnt eat any fruit at all (more sugar + less sensitive) = (less sugar but more sensitive)

You said one negative side effect of spinach? Like everything you eat has negatives in some way or another. Also why would i prove anything when i dont read nutrional science journals and research papers. In some way i just believe what actual nutrional scientists recommends like a good goy

Honestly I kinda agree carbs/sugars are good and should be in your diet, although should not be over like 50% of your foods, I have 30-40% of my diet as mainly carbs and suagrs, mostly raw honey sourdough bread and local seasonal berries i grow myself and jam made from said berries. Not a lot but i eat a lot of those ones, but yea carbs are good n all

raw meat has nothing bad. also it's not about the number of side effects (spinach/kale has much more than one aka reduction in nutrient absorption, direct causation link to kidney stones, fiber that you can digest well etc.)

but tbh dude, maybe we disagree but you still rep so we i still like u :feelspanties:

honestly i'd just recommend you to go on a meat eggs fruit berries honey dairy diet for 1 month and see how you feel. no amount of papers or science will outweight personal experience at the end of the day

me and lots of my friends went on a similar diet to that and every single one felt and looked much better after just a couple weeks of it

even my father who has basically vegan + a bit of fish for 20+ years and now he's eating like that and he's much better off than before. feels better, looks better, much more energy etc.

just try it yourself

mirin berry grower :feelsahh: i'd remove the bread tho but if it works for you it's fine. whenever i eat bread my stomach feels super heavy and im tired asf

When i started making my own sourdough I felt like that too but after a month i think my body adapated to it or something, or maybe i stopped feeling the heavyness. Really good with that jam and peanut butter (but it gotta be 100% peanut butter or some homemade stuff).

I try and not have bread as much nowadays and stick to the other stuff but i love it too much

I have and its no diff

Proof glycation exists, "iblamebp"?
It's surface level knowledge, glucose or fructose bond with proteins or lipids and creates compounds like AGE's wich contribute to skin aging and other factors

well, he recently backtracked on his "only meat is necessary" diet, and now thinks that fruit and "fructose" is now a macronutrient and viable in a healthy diet
i dont understand primal boys frits and meat were from starting our ancestors ate fruits too
