Facelift or Lefort 1?

I'm in my mid 20s. I used to look normal as a kid, but ever since I was around 13 something went wrong with how my maxilla and mandible grew, and I ended up looking like a 40 year old man from below the eyes ,

although from the eyes up I look my actual age. This is what I mean:

I can fraud with lighting and angles though, and then I look normal in photos

I believe the root cause is that the zygomas grew properly, as well as alveolar bone to accomodate the roots of the teeth, but the maxilla above the alveolar bone is majorly recessed as shown in the CT scan:

I am not all that concerned about having a recessed face because I can angle fraud. I'm more concerned about looking very old for my age.

Eppley basically told me that a Lefort 1 will help but it will need to be done in conjunction with a cheek lift. On the other hand Yaremchuk me to get facial implants. But all of the before & after results for implants I see on Yaremchuk's website are complete shit.

I already tried injectable fillers in the midface and they made zero difference. Does anyone know of a before & after case similar to mine where someone successfully looked younger through surgery?

@Win200 got infraorbital and zygo implants from eppley and a wrap around jaw from Yaremchuk, and he looks great

Without lip fillers, and his extreme case of uee, he would look very good.

Do you have an overbite? I have the same issue and bimax can fix this giving more projection to the paranasal area
