Men who reach 30y have to do facelift in order to get rid of all wrinkles...and from that point every 5 to 10y do another facelift...
So many dudes here have nasal folds and forhead wrinkles and yet they are in early 20s coping with mewing and chewing...
After you do your bimaxes(it tends to give you nasal folds after) and implants...finish it with face lift to return your youth as much as you can

bimax does not tend to give nasolabial folds. in fact many people who have them lose them after bimacks

You can prevent nasolabial folds by apllying ice to your cheeks daily. Easiest thing ever for free and works better than stupid botox

bimax does not tend to give nasolabial folds. in fact many people who have them lose them after bimacks

When people do bimax they usually end up with wider maxilla and thats why nasal folds are more prone to show up...but its more because of bad cheekbone support issue

Example: curlyheadjames has massive nasal folds despite good lower maxilla growth...but his nose area looks recessed in comparasion with lower part thus creating nasal folds...facelift or nasal implants may fix this
