This is a pretty common take on this forum and I agree with it too, the only argument I’ve ever seen against pexy is that it’s temporary but theres no proof of that. I can’t think of any reason to risk more with a plasty for no extra benefit.

Yeah something i've debated with this sub. The best basis for it being temporary, is that theoretically you can reverse it. But from a practical perspective you'd need to do that very quickly as to much remodeling will take place otherwise.

Other then that it's just a claim made with no real evidence provided.
