FIXING THE ONLY FLAWS WITH JCPENNY'S FACEPULLING METHOD

I know you cucks like to call everything cope, but facepulling/belt/towel pulling does work. Facepulling essentially is mimicking how orthodontic appliances work. If you want more proof, go through jcpenny's posts. There's so much stuff about facepulling on this website, just go through that.

Jcpenny's method isn't really that effective imo. When remodeling bones, duration ALWAYS wins over force, it's also the safest way. Rather than exerting 10 seconds of really intense force, just facepull when watching tv or something. Use medium to mild force. Don't bite down too hard, you'll get tmd. Bite down on a belt with your molars, not your incisors, that's gonna make you go toothless. Pulling upwards makes the mandible move forwards and upwards and shortens your midface, but a lot of recessedcels have really short midfaces and or short mandibles, so pull forwards and downwards for a longer midface. It really depends on your goal. I want a taller face, so I pull slightly downwards. Remember, the upward or downward motion should be a part of pulling forward, not the other way around.

You won't become high htn Barrett tier growth in a week, but if you want a safe and free approach, go for it. Use your brain ffs too many lowiqcels on here

Interesting. What do you think about doing JCPENNYs 5-10s Facepulling methoden often a day and in the evening while watching a tv show or something doing this. Probably the best way to do both

Did I understand correctly? If you press up, the lower jaw will move forward?

You're missing the point, you shouldnt do jcpenny's method as a beginner because you'll fuck your face up. Apply mild to intermediate force for a few minutes, if you feel stress in the tmj area stop for a few seconds and recontinue.

Yes. You can pull in any direction as long as you're still pulling forward. Remember, never pull too up or too down. Pulling downwards makes your face taller, pulling upwards makes your face shorter. The lower jaw will move forward regardless. The mandible is a slave to the maxilla, so essentially if the maxilla moves forwards, so will the mandible

Eand if I use a towel and I have a long face

yo when I do it, I feel like a headache and some force on the back of my head, is that the proper way to do it? I orient the towel upwards

no dawg you gotta feel it in your mouth only. As long as your jaw doesnt hurt youre good, also, i'd recommend pulling just forwards bcs theres a ton of weird shit surrounding upward pulling some nigga's face collapsed

broski my jaw is fine, and yea, tbh pulling forward might be the way to go :/ the only reason I tried to pull upwards was for a more defined zygo/maxilla area bc jcpenny was on about how that's the main incentive to pulling upwards

dont blame jcpenny jfl most people are too lowiq to understand what he says, you pull in the direction you wanna see results in and pulling upwards is gonna make your face shorter which looks gay as fuck + probably dangerous, most orthodontic appliances pull downwards so that's what i've been doing, also because I want more downward growth

totally agree! i actually got pretty good results doing this. i'm hoping i have time to make a guide on this soon

^photo of maxilla i think 8 months of facepulling (before i tried a lot of other looksmaxxes)? i did it more intensely than you recommended though.

Honestly can't tell wether I'd need to pull down or up, what would you reccomend? I have decent cheekbones, my chin and lips feel lacking in width and same with my midface, more width overall would be nice. should i just pull straight forward so it's neutral and not up or down.

You can honestly go with any intensity, facepulling isn't even that hard bro its just common sense, too many lowiqcels on this forum

make a guide though I wanna see what you did and stuff

you pull forward first which should be the main pull (like 85% of the pulling intensity) and then slightly up (15% ish) to compact your midface. Yes you are right, this exercise will depend from person to person since all skulls are a little different. If you are not too sure, pull in all directions throughout the reps so for example:

first rep: pull forward only
second rep: pull forward + slightly up
third rep : pull forward +slightly down

The maxilla suture that we re mainly targeting with this exercise is kind of curved, so pulling both up and down is good

I do recommend pulling mostly forward + slightly up for the most part to compact maxilla and achieve a feline look:

Feline

Pulling at anything below maximum intensity will not yield results because this is bone we're dealing with. bone is extremely hard and requires huge force to move in any kind of way.

This video is very brutal but basically just watch the facepulling the second lion is doing and you will be able to connect the dots on why lion skulls are the way they are:
