Facepulling

Asian so i have flat maxilla, would facepulling fix this or does that only work for recessed maxillas?

As a gymrat, my first instinct was to think about the face pull exercise that works traps, rear delts and rhomboids. But I remembered that I'm on looskmax and that this would actually be some sort of facial exercise. lmfao.
