Facial asymmetry due to poor head posture when young

While i was developing when young i tilted my head slightly to one side due to the fact that i had hair in my way and i couldn't see trough them. It looks like Ive developed an eye and nose asymmetry to the side i had my head tilted too. Is there any way to reverse it? Im still quiet young and not done developing fully, i understand that the damage cant be fully undone, but i would like a slight fix. If not, should i just wait for the end of my development and get a surgery? Thank you

i have asymmetry too but it's due to my deviated septum and when i chew on left side it feels like my muscle don't activate as much in my right side idk why

Everyone has assymetry, likely genetic and half your face is just resembling another family member, not as simple as hair position

I have this problem where idk if my head is straight or slightly tilted to the side. Because I'm unsure if my left eye is very slightly higher, or my head is tilted and the slight asymmetry is actually somewhere else
