Besides sleeping on my back I don't know how to fix my issue where only one side of my mouth has full range of movement when smiling but the other side I have to force upwards also any ways of fixing my dimpled chin?

that sounds like a serious issue bro not some looksmaxx shit, you sure theres no issues like health wise? im not trying to like bait you or anything, either way u could try coping chewing on the weak side to maybe build up the jaw muscle
 
what type of dental issue do u have?
This picture is post 2 years of braces and wearing retainer most nights, also after getting top and bottom wisdom teeth removed (which was very necessary cause they were all completely sideways)
