The right side of my face is full and my cheekbones are defined, whereas the left side is flat and the bones are not prominent. Could this be due to edema, or is it related to bone development?

Yeah bro left side flat sounds like bone asymmetry from chewing, sleeping, genetics more than edema.

yeah bro real bone asymmetry from development is mostly set natural cope like mewing + chewing gum on the weak side + posturemaxxing can give you a slight edge if you're young but it's minimal at best if it's been there years don't expect it to magically symmetrize most guys cope with it until fillers or jaw surgery

Can this problem be solved with a filling?
