One side of my face is less developed than the other; I started working on it like yesterday by just chewing a shit ton of gum on that side and turning my head the opposite way from the under developed side. Any tips?

get as much moeny as possible and start finding hardmaxxes to fix your issue. or get jacked as fuck and make a shit ton of money. either work.

holy moonface. Presuming since you have no ramus, Is it perhaps caused by your masseters? Or are you genuinely shaped weird

I’m not really sure, what’s the solution for both to see which one works

If its masseters, you can try a combination of botox and jaw surgeries, do you have any malocclusions?

Your lack of lower third also affects the illusion by a bit, so look into implants if jaw surgery doesnt amuse you.

Oh and if it’s genuinely your skull, which i doubt it is, then something invasive like zygo shaving.

Forgot to mention, your narrow lips also helps into the illusion, look into that as well

I have an overbite if that counts as malocclusion

definitely bro. I have a near similar case as you, im sure once you lose a significant amount of bf, we would look the same in terms to the issues mentioned.
Your first step now should be getting ct/ lateral ceph scans. It is then that you can truly identify your problem.
But something you can do rn is avoid chewing hard food, relax your jaw as often as you can, and gums are a big no. Basically do the opposite of what people do to try and "grow" their jaw.

Can you send a front profile and sides please
