Facial asymmetry

Some people have facial asymmetry as in one eye slightly above the other.

Mine is so much more fcking brutal.

>darker circles on right eye
>different eye shapes
>weaker undereye support on right eye
>larger nasolabial fold on right side
>larger lips on left side

Do i have to fix these one by one with surgery? or will sleeping on my back instead of my side fix everything?

He has death tier eye area. What else is there to say?

Yes, you would need surgery to fix this.
Filler or fat grafts could work for undereye support, but the other issues with your eyes probably need to be fixed with cantho/blepharoplasty.
