My ES ratio is below ideal but my cheekbones and jaw are legit too wide, my forehead and temples have perect width. My ES ratio is .42 and would be .45 if my cheekbones were the same width as my temples time to rope because it seems like zygoma reduction is not even a good surgery and has many aesthetic disadvantages
