no do not do this shit you cant train your zygos with muscle training you can but you would have to ruin your face and tear your skin for it

smiling doesnt do shit it activates the muscles there but its at such a low rate it wont do anything and you will get smile lines aswell

you can try zygo pushing, that's where you place your thumbs or hands under your zygos and push upwards to make then higher.
