Facial fat transfers vs implants.

Facial grafting seems to have a similar outcome to implants on midface.

why does everyone here talk mostly about implants? Can we do fat grafting undereyes? Some say undereyes skin being thin will make it look like u have bumps of fat under the eyes. Did anyone get it done?

I saw a guy saying midface implant made his midface look fat even when he isnt smiling. Heard of those stories or is it a rare case?
