I had Bimax 6 months ago and did filler 1 month ago.
I'm very happy with my jaw + chinfiller results but they are not sustainable for ever due to migration etc. so i want to replace them by titanium implants.

It would be perfect to remove my Bimax titanium plates and replace them with jaw angle + chin implants after in the same surgery.

My question is: I really don't know which surgeon to contact/try i thought abt asking GiantImplants but i don't know any other options in Europe, safety is important for me

Any ideas/names?

my bigonial width is ideal rn
but it's because i have 6ml of filler in there, i want to replace them with implants bro not add more volume
