niggas, i’m planning on getting mid face impants in a year or less, but since their giga expensive i might get it with silicone but yall let me know if that’s not ideal, if it isn’t then i may just have to save every penny and just get peeks instead

The answer is super unclear whether PEEK or Silicone is ideal.

I'm planning on getting a midface mask soon, and price isn't an issue for me, so it's either PEEK or Silicone.

Bone erosion is an issue but mostly for implants in the lower third (chin, jaw), however, with orbitals and maxilla there were no reported cases.

People usually say silicone is much more ideal for infra's (and maybe midface complex? We still have no idea...), so it's moreso an educated guess on if you want to risk PEEK & it's tough feathering.
