Facial liposuction?

Can liposuction/lipectomy be performed on people who already relatively lean to get a more chiseled face? For example if I’m at 12% bodyfat could lipo in the face/neck make me look like I would naturally at 9-10% bodyfat?

neck should be fine, they even do that during bimax sometimes, face it's usually buccal fat removal

Injecting Kybella into the nasolabial fat pad, is that actually good long term?

I read that fat pads diminish with age but maybe losing the fat in the nasolabial area isnt bad.

I don't think that kybella injections is a good idea in this area. A lot of your facial nerves passing through this area and kybella can damage them

Update: My surgeon says submental liposuction can still be beneficial on guys with low bodyfat percentage. However in my case he advised against it since I will be getting implants.
