For example, heightmaxxing is simple to describe.
You get your development and twist it a bit, get hormones if you can, reopen growth plates, get supplements, blah blah blah you get the point, and eventually you reach your goal because it's an objective measurement.
However, face isn't something you can judge at first sight objectively, especially if you're a non-goodlooking person looking at an ugly person and then seeing "what's deformed/uncanny" just to realize that it doesn't matter.
Every surgery and implants you get, no matter how minor or painful will only increase your face by like 0.5 at best, and that's not with PSL, assuming your surgery and gene fraud passes in the first place (not sticking out).
Now combine softmaxxing related flaws such as acne or scarring or collagen or nose tip etc. and your entire face as a whole becomes a complex puzzle which you're always gonna be missing a piece from unless you're lucky enough to be born really goodlooking.
I remember MakinItHappen making a post about this way back in like February back when that narcy ginger guy was still around, with some users telling him that he used his fringe haircut to hide his narrow IPD and his deformed watermelon skull jfl, and MakinItHappen making a very valid point which I doubted at first but it seems legit now that i've though about it: Nobody goes from 3/10 to 7/10, EVEN with surgery. The only real exceptions to this are mostly non genetic stuff (skin eczema, acne, green undertones causes by sickness) or being fat.
But if your BASE: Your soft tissue, your bone features. your nose bridge and bone, your browridge (and skull shape as a whole), whether you're caucasoid or mongoloid, how high or out set your zygos are, how aligned your orbitals are... what can you do about this? First of all, now that i've mentioned it, it is literally impossible to be truly goodlooking as a man with a mongoloid skull, so we're cutting off half the planet already.
If you're average looking you will benefit the most from things like lip fillers or chin implants AKA chin height.
IPD is pretty much a game of frauds, depending on how your face is distributed, that with your upper lip and your midface and PFL are probably what determine "harmony as a whole". The fact that some people are just stuck with features that can either just stunt them by a little or be full on death sentences that can't even make them average looking is brutal, and I think that us former uglies and everyone else new here needs to completely give up on their idea of ever becoming a true Chad facially because that's where the Chads are born thing comes in. Even gigafatasses won't have the egg shaped balloon face look that few overweight uglies tend to have due to the lack of bones
TLDR: 10/10 decile scale facial points are probably the most important thing in a man's life.
