Ive been prone to facial redness my entire life, now since I am on accutane it got significantly worse, especially on warmer days. I dont think I have Rosacea, since I show no signs of its symptoms.

Im thinking about using low dose Doxycycline (40mg)

Have you any solutions / recommendations to this?

jfl, order oral tranexamic acid, and a couple of inj tranexmic acid

I then want you to take around 400 mg oral tranexamic acid daily and for the inj microneedle with it every four weeks ( use a micro needling pen!!!!)

This will set you right:02Pat:

Edit:
mark me solution it's the check mark on my right

It may be KPRF (Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faciei).
You'll just have to save up for PDL treatment.

try doxy

i have some laying around from when i larped bad skin to my doctor, fucker gave me doxy instead of accutane so i got the tane online

I'm on doxy rn for the same thing it has improved but I've also started using a tinted spf 50 suncream as well so it may also be that. I'd reccommend using both and taking zinc supplements to protect from the sun more, even on cloudy days
