Facial redness

I look like Rudolph the fucking reindeer rn. My cheeks and my nose are red asf. In addition my acne has gotten worse. I'm considering azelaic acid, but that shit won't fix it quick enough. I have dialed in on my sleep and diet, so I genuinely have no idea where this is coming from. And I have a date with a superficial foid next week. Are there any fast working remedies? Preferably not extremely expensive nor prescription-only.
