I have made a breakthrough in facemaxxing techniques a couple of months ago with face rowing which I drastically improved into F1 facepulling thanks to dohnsjohns diagrams and revolutionary thinking. I have been doing f1 facepulling for 6 months, and I have had life changing results. I am a distance runner who runs on massive doses of edibles and regularly breakthroughs DMT. All the knowledge that I bring you is not from this earth but from the DMT dimension.
Why do felines and other carnivores have symmetrical and striking faces and skulls?

The truth is simple: Humans are drawn to hunters. Hunters are carnivore. Being a hunter signals that you are top of the FOOD chain. Being pretty signals that you are at the top of the FOOD chain.
because the hunters eat more meat and therefore do a lot more pulling with their jaws.
Beauty is not magical nor it is special. Once you understand the true source of beauty, beauty will lose all meaning to you because you understand that these people were not blessed by god, but simply had a better upbringing growing up.
We first have to debunk the genetics massive fucking cope that plagues this forum. genetics are massively overrated because people don't even understand what genetics are.

What can't be changed naturally when you are born are genes like skin color, eye color, hair texture.
Because those genes have had hundreds and hundreds of generations of adaptation to environment and therefore take dozens of generations to undo
but what about being born with autism, or retarded or other mental or physical illness?
Could be due to multiple factors like:
your mom drank alcohol during pregnancy or was nutrient deficient in some category
you were inbred
your mom had you when she was near her menopause
your mom fell when she was pregnant
your mom didn't eat well when she was pregnant
weird gene combination from humans of different race (but that can also create the most unique traits)
If you are able to change your environment, you are able to change your genes and therefore 90% of the traits that make you insecure and not feeling well in your skin
Why facepulling should be streamlined and become a common exercise people do?
Because it makes it so you are beautiful and have pretty facial features
Because it makes it so you don't have crooked teeth
Because it makes it so you don't have horrible posture
Because it makes it so you don't have asymmetries
Because it makes it so you can breath better because your airway is wide
Because it makes it so your skull and every facial aspect look striking, including eyes, cheekbones, nose, mouth width etc... etc...
Facepulling should have been part of everyone's life but we live a sedentary lifestyle where we go to the grocery store and buy food that is mushy most of the time
We just need to take it, put in directly into mouth without pulling on it and then start chewing. And even the chewing is limited because it's so soft!
No motion of pulling whatsoever...
Here is an advanced guide broken down so you can ease yourself into f1 facepulling, without risking tipping teeth or damaging face
Blueprint:
Beginner
if you are too pussy or too doubtful or too scared, you don't even need to do F1 facepulling, just buy a lot of beef jerky (the extremely tough kind) or make it a home (its extremely simple) and just snack on it throughout the day, especially if you are still young. the pulling and yanking away you'll be doing with your jaw when eating beef jerky is enough for some minor changes facially if you are young. and its all protein, perfect for growing taller
Bite into whole apples
Eat carrots raw
Other tough and fibrous and chewy foods where there is some movement with jaw involved

Intermediate
F1 facepulling
Start with gentle warm up, move your neck around in both directions, bite on towel at like 100% force and and pull away in bursts of 2 to 3 seconds at 30% force, until you feel like your mouth is getting pulled forward
do 5 reps and start from there
you can slowly increase the intensity

Advanced
Doing a normal F1 facepulling routine
8 to 15 reps TROUGHOUT The day, preferably shortly before going to bed.
Bite on towel at 100% force, pull and yank away in the forward direction (to stay symmetrical) while slightly looking down with your skull so your face compacts up. Pull at 100% force using your legs, and hands to push the towel away from you while you pull on it. Imagine the towel is a thick piece of steak that is barely cooked and is still very chewy and tough and you are trying to tear it apart with your face so you can eat it
As I said, facepulling is a snowbally exercise, meaning for the gains to be permanent, you have to stay consistent everyday in your routine. It will gradually get easier as you do it because all of the muscles that get activated during the pulling get stronger including neck muscles. The bones maxilla with lengthen forward and compact up, the cheekbones will pop out, the mandible will lengthen forward.
You will get closer and closer to the features on this face
