Facial width

I saw in a few threads that like palate expansion even when you're young doesn't really improve facial width on the exterior, I had it when I was younger but my shit is still narrow. I have like a good chunk of money saved up, like 10k, and am 100% open to surgical options but bc of what I saw I want to ask which surgeries would be best or if there are any specifically for increasing facial width

Be aware of palatal explansion. If your palate is super narrow I wouldn't be too worried though. I heard you could get chimpmaxxed from palatal expansion but idk. Implants seems to be a good option for facial definition but it depends on the person for real. Also don't go to an idiot for implants.
