Failing at college engineering, what would you do?

I failed most subjects last semester, im 20 and i study electrical engineering. I don't study enough. I've decided to start studying well. I think i will go to all the classes and then to the library, but i also need money so i should work at weekends, i would be busy all time, but in 2.5-3 years i would get the degree. The only thing i will do is to keep training after studying, which is what im doing now.
Don't believe the fairy tale that college is pretty funny, no, it's not, if you're studying shit and having fun you won't have no knowledge at the end of your degree and you will be a brookie for sure.
About women and party, i never have done any of this, it seems that by the moment it will be the same. In tinder i got some matches (50 in 10 days i got) but i don't talk them nor they talk me.

Because it’s unlikely you have an alternative. Dropping out will just reduce your QOL on top of all the other miserable stuff going on in your life.

You have to pick a good major in computer science, ie data science, software development and/or cybersecurity. If you really good at it, you can earn over 6 figures with ease. And also being able to do remote control jobs, IE work from home

that's my motivation, MONEY, basically. That's what allow me to do 4 hours of class focused and then go studying like a slave. For no money.
