FAKE AQUALYXXX ???

I injected aqualyx and peopel say its supposed to hurt becase i did it without lidocaine and ant anestheic creams so i was expcting it to hurt but it felt like nothing. But im swelling like a bullfrog the next day i look like a chipmunk. Is it real or fake aqualyx ?

Maybe you just have a higher pain tolerance or smth.
The swelling makes it sound legit tho

for some reason its worse the second day , idk i guess ill have to see, cause wen i injected into mybelly it hurt like hell but when i did it on my face i felt nothing
