falling asleep

I’ve been dealing with a sleep issue for a while and don’t know what to do.I have nights where I literally get 0 sleep, and the strange part is that the next day I’m not tired at all. I can function normally, train, and don’t feel sleepy.Then other days I sleep normally (even 8–10 hours), but this keeps happening randomly — recently about 1-2 times a week I’ve already done blood work and everything is fine also used hydroxyzine 25 mg and melatonin 3 mg I train at the gym regularly diet is fine on sleepless nights I just don’t feel sleepy at all not even lying in bed so the main isue is no sleep and no sleepiness, even after being awake the whole night Has anyone experienced something like this?
What could cause this? also i am 15 and i dont want to fuck up my puperty since i am short asf

yea i am getting fresh air i dont know about the washing detergents i will check that
