This is the real reason no fap is legit. You don't transcend humanity because you didn't touch your dick like those reddit fuckwits think.

As soon as I have had my morning fap my diet goes out of the window, then I further decay the more I fap. All my ambition, and my desire to achieve goals gets pushed back till tomorrow.
