Hello Guys,
I would say I am around 18-20% of bf rn and my main goal is to get rid of face fat and to have a leaner physique in the next 3 months.
I tried a radical cut where i was at like a 1500kcal - 2000kcal deficit for 3 weeks and i dropped weight really fast. But I couldnt focus on anything (work, life, etc.), was always stressed and tired. I also fell into really bad habits afterwards, which i never did before (eating shit all day, no training) and regained all my weight in like a week.
Im thinking of doing a slow cut like 500kcal deficit. I am also thinking of taking some drug to speed my weight loss, do you have any experience w that?
Or should i just cut and debload (does it really work?) bc i wanna get rid of my puffy face fast.
