I just ”recently” started going to the gym and I wanna cut, what should I do / take to lose weight but still have my muscle mass?
I just wanna look more defined, lose face fat and just look better.
What was the best way you gone down in weight in a good way?

depends go in a high defecit with enough protein or starve yourself but defecits high ones can stunt growth

How does defecits work?
you take less calorie (300 for example) than your body requires daily to maintain it's weight, there are calculators for daily calorie intakes

Deficit and Caffeine has got to be the most tip of the iceberg advice. Get on a GLP-3 and do 45 minutes cardio daily.

GLP-3 is basically better then ozempic. Ozempic is a GLP-1 and something like Retatutride is a GLP-3 go do research I am to lazy to explain right now. But we do not know of any side effects as of right now but people like Dorian Saraci are heavy advocated for it.

I have a app that tells me each weekly school meal but not for counting calories, school banned phones so that’s not possible. I’ll just ask the cafeteria lady or smth

Well I guess it doesn’t hurt to try it for some times.

I don’t eat out, I gym 4x a week. I eat good but it’s just I wanna lose face and bloat, I’m 15 so I’m not in the zone for Reta yet, I would say.

Its all about the bf% man, Bloat u can easily debloat like K shami's debloat poder, Bananas, coconut water, And for ur Face fat just spam cardio if u don't care about muscle gain, And just wait it out man, u will not lose all the weight instanly u will see procces soon trust

Do a 500 cal deficit 6k-10k step daily 5 time a week workout full body and enough protein 80-110g and sleep 7-8 that's be enough trust me
