Fastest way to get rid of a tan (specifically the face)

I spent a lot of time outside and just realized i got super tan. I usually dont have a problem with it but this time i got super tan and my eyebrows are somewhat sparse so my contrast looks awful and i look eyebrowless.

Whats the fastest way to get rid of the tan in my face? Or atleast make it lighter, nothing i cant do at home.

Avoid the sun, spf50+++ and hydroquinone 4%
