Wake up and take 25mg of ephedrine with 200mg of caffeine then don’t eat for 4 hours, then when u do eat, eat no more than 1800 calories and high protein , moderate fat , low to no carb. The fat literally melts off ur body and I’ve tried everything from DNP to clen and even they don’t compare. Also DNP gave me permanent nerve damage so don’t do it and that was only at 200mg a day, a very low dose
