I’m already deep in weight loss and all that but like I don’t wanna take too long, and I do wanna slay now before it’s too late for me before my 16s
I eat around 1200 to 1300 calories on the weekdays, a little more on the weekends
My workout schedule is shit but mostly late at night with nothing but water, mostly calisthenics and dumbbells since
•There’s no gym near my house
•I’m broke as fuck
My currently supplemental take is
30mg of zinc
1,580mg of DHA-EPA
700mg of potassium
Any advice is appreciated: [PS: can’t starvemax since I’m still 15 and don’t wanna stunt my growth forever]
