might have insomnia ngl
was awake will 4am no sleep
whilst trying to sleep
what can i do to ensure i sleep quickly and stay asleep?



(supps, routine etc)
 
Chamomile tea 45 minutes before going to bed, workout during the day and avoid blue light three hours before bedtime

i can still use devices? just make sure i use night mode that makes the screen orange?

ive mastered the abillity to use devices and still fall asleep but the for the avg person its too much stimulation
u need to watch something less stimulatory

also get enough sunlight early in the day and darkness after 6 pm
 
over 4 uk cel (me)

just like shows and series? not like actual info based stuff
shows are usually too stimulating for me since they always leave me on a cliffhanger
