title bc my moms boyfriend said hes gonna make a big breakfast to introduce me to his family idk how big it will be but prob out of my daily calorie range (500-1000 cal max)

Same shit happened to me too I was done with the first day and the next one there was a family dinner and I couldn't afford to act autistic this time

Still I'm gonna go on a huge calorie deficit for 2 weeks to make up for it
