I was told there is so many research that Fasting for 16 hours increases gh and after fasting eating a high protein meal increases igf 1 levels significantly could this work?
 
Yes it works but doesn't necessarily bring in results with it.

yes fasting has multiple benefits but won't 'ascend' you or make you more muscular

Its just a way to increase igf 1 and gh levels in your body there is so many methods for this and I’m thinking to combine them for 6-7 months if it works I will post the results
