...once you start recognizing its benefits for mental clarity and productivity. Starting a weekly 48h fasting regimen as of today, in addition to my OMAD routine I've been following for a few months. Getting leaner is just a nice side effect. The mental benefits and improved productivity are reason enough to fast on a regular basis for me

once youre fully fata adapted its really easy to go 24-48

you dont really start to experience hunger until 2 days ime, esp if you use electrolytes

I already get crazy cravings at 10 hours of fasting

you have gut microbiome adapted to carbs

its is a carb craving not real hunger

trust me if you get fat adapted you will see the difference

Been doing countless of 48-72h fasts since 2019 without extra electrolytes. The increase in adrenaline that results from fasting in order to stabilize your blood sugar levels really boosts productivity and sharpness

yeah, electrolytes are by no means necessary

i just find its easier to be active and do cardio if I have them

I also find im very clearminded after 24 hours fasted. Easy to focus and do cognitive tasks.

Because body will consume every calorie to adapt, so it will have more fat in the case you will fast in the future:lul:
