Haven't eaten for 36 hours (unintentionally) and I feel super normal. I was also VERY active first 24 hours

fasting - that is, not eating or drinking food, starve healthy cells as well as weak cells. After 5 hours of not eating or drinking food, cells become cannibalistic and eat each other, causing extreme systemic toxicity.
