I’m thinking of fasting for longer periods to get leaner

I am 182cm and 63kg, want to het down to maybe 56/57kg

Mostly belly and face fat that i am trying to get rid of ( I know u can’t decide where to lose fat)

I’m thinking about just thuggin it out or maybe maybe hop on reta

Has Anyone made a similar transition and could let me know if it’s worth it?

yes it works pretty good both for losing weight and heatlh

Take vitamin d3+k2 and shilajit but you might get sides from shilajit like acne and ED so cycle for 8 weeks max and always PCT
 
Fasting is good its worth it if thats your goal and obv reta is good no one would deny so if u can get it then you should. How long of periods are you planning on fasting/waterfasting

if ur not done growing then dont be a moron and fast to lose weight, matter fact even if ur done growing fasting is the worst way to lose fat, at that point just do dnp jfl

I water fasted for 4 days and felt kinda easy, I never really ate much so wasn’t that big of a problem,
Then there was a family gathering and I couldn’t really not eat tbh

just do omad so ur insulin is low all day and u will be in a fat burning state

For normal people the hardest obstacle for water fasting is the hunger and struggling to starve if youve overcome that then it is the fastest way to lose weight assuming you dont rebound which based on what youve said u probably wont. I think it can also shrink the stomach in the sense of making you eat less post fast since your body gets used to it.
