What will have the greatest impact on my IGF-1 levels? Only those with a high IQ should respond.

Yeah just do this as OMAD - eat 100g carbs every third day if u want, and make that ur lifting day

carnivore diet is nonsense in everyway possible
 
i fast for long times and it does not make your very leaner if you are already skinny because it slows your metabolism. You need to combine with exercise.

Just remove the excess carbs from fruit (only get them from raw dairy) and you have the ultimate anti aging diet - look at Aajonus, he looked significantly younger just before he was (likely) killed.

The opposite is true, it’s wild that a looksmaxer wouldn’t know such a basic truth.
carnivore mogs the standard diet to oblivion but i think animal based (grass fed animal meat and fish, fruits, carbs like potatoes and white rice, raw dairy, animal fats like tallow/butter, and some veggies like carrots on the side/NO processed grains/breads or seed oils or processed cane sugar) is most sustainable and ideal for human health especially if you are very active

The diet you’ve just outlined is perfect for sustainability as well as general health (as long as you are healthy to begin with - for me I’ve worked in fucked up construction sites + grew up on a goyslop diet and likely will have a fuck load of toxins built up in my body, the best diet for me is the primal diet - at least for a few years until I know I’m at 100% healthy again)

yeah i think oxidised pufas in your cells take like 3 years to get removed and shit brutal
