Height: 6”2.5 / 189cm (jfl this won’t change :lul:)
Weight: 96kg / 212lbs (fat shit amirite. i carry it fairly well tbh)
BMI: 27.1

Keep fasting/starving if you want to lose muscle, slow your metabolism and gain the weight back later.

Unless you’re naturally skinny you WILL regain the weight back if you starve yourself.

People resort to extreme measures for a short period because they refrain from putting in the hard work over a long period. After starving yourself for a while you’ll either crack and binge or just move on to another fad until you actually realise what I’m saying.

Height and BMI are pointless for the time being.
Weight : 95.5kg / 210.5 lbs
Any weight change will just be depleted glycogen. Really bad hunger comes and goes at my normal feeding times. I’ve found just chugging loads of cold water suppresses my appetite a bit so I think that will be my plan of action for now.
 
You need to measure your waist as well (horizontally, around navel, breath out, neutral position).
Then you can stick that into body fat % calculator and see how much muscle you're atrophying.
