Fat ass Nose Shrinking

my nose big ass hell i been thinking about taking accutane or hydro. heard accutane is better tho what yall reccommend to shrink my nose to a good normal size?

i mean if its fat and fleshy try hydro but if its boney and big then rhino is the way to go

10-20mg Accutane + topical tret + maybe dutasteride

hydro before leaving the house and it felt like loosing fat also worked slightly in the nose for me personally idk though
