Fat Graft & Canthophexy Results

Got my facial fat grafting + canthopexy around 30 hours ago.

Post-op depression is real. My whole face hurts, my eyes are tiny from the swelling and I look completely cooked right now.

On the positive side he somehow fixed most of my chin recession with soft tissue alone. Some of it will obviously recede once the swelling and excess fat go down.

Even though I’m insanely swollen and overfilled, I can already see the vision. Pretty confident it’ll look good once healed.

Next up: rhinoplasty in about two months.

I don't understand that this guy got pexy and fat graft first. These two surgeries are very likely to get a before before result after 6-12 months.

Yeah bro absolutely depressing even worse so uncormfortable. My eye gets so watery and wet and I can’t do anythinf about it so the whole eye area gets sticky and my lashes stick together!!!

Yo bro firstly fucking mirin. Secondly why didn’t u just op for filler instead of doing facial fat grafting ? Also I’m gonna see ur results unfold and it will determine wether I get ptotis correction along with the fat graft, did u do bilateral ptotis on both or just one? Did u use prp/prf to help the fat graft? When they turned the mirror to u did u ask them to overfill again. Mirin again bro keep pushing you’ll blink and it’ll be 1 month post op. Keep pushing bhai every day is a step towards ascension

Thanks bhai! Honestly I opted for fat grafting because I saw jt do well for others that had the same problem areas as me specially concerning UEE and recessed infraa. On the other hand I’ve done fillers before and it’s just a headache renewing it every year and you’ll be slowly decendijg until you renew it.

The fat grafts for my chin is actually quite hard I don't know what he used there or if this willl change but it has the same texture and hardness as a filler.

Besides the fact I live in Thailand, most of the recent fat grafting/Canthopexy threads on org are from that clinic and surgeon. So coming from org I don’t think there’s a more credible or just overall talked about surgeon for fat grafting and canthopexy.

I really can’t decide on the results now I’m aboru 60 hours post op and if I had to walk through life with the face I have on right now I’d shoot myself.

So gotta wait approximately 2-3 weeks but most likeky I’m going to do a touch up and ptosis at a later time

Rhino : you absolutely need the columella to be grafted. Combined with a lip lift/filtroplasty, it will help to reduce that unsightly philtrum.
Your radix needs to be made taller and wider. Not sure if a regular cartilage/bone graft will be enough ; an implant might be necessary.
The anterior nasal spine could be grafted as well. Would help with nasal projection and philtrum's curve (currently very flat).

Besides a rhino, ptosis repair (eyes), lip lift/filtroplasty, genioplasty (lateral & vertical) are all mandatory for ascension.

Your right eye (left in the pic) might need more than a canthopexy for optimal lower lid support & scleral show.
Based on the pic above, there seems to be a slight strabismus as well. If confirmed, you might want to consult with an ophthalmologist.

Do not neglect softmaxxes : tretinoin/tazarotene for your skin texture, minoxidil + microneedling for closer-set and fuller eyebrows, and leaning out (obviously). If getting leaner doesn't correct your cheeks enough, consider fat dissolvers, lipo, buccal fat removal.

There is a long road ahead of you, but you could end up looking decent if you lock in and if everything goes well.

Good luck with current recovery.
