tbh I think for fat grafters it's less about the invasiveness and more about the cost. Infra implants would cost me many times more than what fat grafting would

I'd love to be more enthusiastic about it because my negative vector is quite mild and my eye area looked good when I was overweight, but I don't really like the fact you can just get unlucky and have a shit ton of the fat die. Sometimes only like 30% survives, I would feel ripped off if that happened no matter how cheap it is
