I'm going to get fat grafting at Rattinan Clinic this October, mostly for periorbital hollowing, I'm definitely getting fat graft to my upper lip, (I expect no more than a 15-20% size increase) should I also get it for my lower lip?

I might not have captured it well in the photo but my chin currently protrudes too far compared to my lips, i've been called crimson chin before, also keep in mind the fat graft survival rate in the lips is fairly low, so the size increase will be small

lol at 15-25% size increase

Yeah an Santa clause is real

i said that was the limit, steverogers had a 10% increase, so maybe i could go mute for a month after overfilling to negroid levels to get 15%

bruh learn to read what people right vs fantasy

Maybe!=did
Fuller!=size

who would think surface area and volume are not the same thing.

Then there’s the issue of post surgical swelling for a least a year.

then lets say its a tiny change, do you think I should get any fat grafting to my lower lip, if my goal is to fix my relatively small upper lip?

I would not recommend fat grafting for the lips. The results are unpredictable and you can easily end up with asymmetric lips.
Even hyaluronic acid, despite being frowned upon at this forum, would be a better option if injected properly. If you're not happy, it can at least be dissolved.
Since you have good lips to begin with, I would actually recommend getting threads into the upper lip. There are special threads which can be used to open up the upper lip. The results are semi-permanent - eventually you need to top up.

it does not look big at all

i dont think my chin is too big but i believe my lips, at least the upper lip could use some volume, and considering the entire facial fat grafting package is the same cost whether or not i include the lips i want to at least try, this picture might capture it better, taken farther away

I would not recommend that. One of the threads used to reveal the upper lip is applied by drawing the entire border of the upper lip on a cannula with the thread inside. Even if you could stand the imagery, you don't have the know-how to apply the threads well.
