Would fat grafting make a meaningful difference for

1. OGEE curve ( considering you have decent bone structure and you’re lean )

2. Contouring an unsatisfactory Genioplasty?

Maybe I should help

Don't use fat for anything other than periorbital fat

Yes it’s good for supra and infra but why do u suggest anything but being a bad idea
It's soft you need angularity for any other part of your face or you will look fat , any high g filler on bone will do the work

I mean def useful for other things then periotbital area. Temples, cheeks, overall conturs.

If you like to look bloated sure , the type of volume that fat grafting gives doesn't hold any contour it just gives soft volume, temples are fine tho

i mean in the medial cheeks or for chin its totally fine, there are many uses for fat graft, ofc you dont inject in the lower lateral cheeks, or augment too much.
