fat grafting after saddled infra

got saddled infras a month ago but were a bit conservative now wondering can u get fat graft on top of them without causing any problems like infection etc etc

Yes you can, ofc it's a risk of infection, but its not high. A bit more risky if its silicone because of the capsule around the implant. Maybe @RealSurgerymax can fill in

why didnt you get fat at the same time as the infras

no point had trimax as well with the infras so most of the fat would just die and want to do upper eyelids as well so will just do it properly later

Yepp, i would prob change design slightly looking back but it is what is. I will not go thru revision for it. And hope some fat can help

I actually wouldn't recommend upper eyelid fat graft that much, or it depends of you care about the future or not

Why do u say that? I have mostly hooded eyes but it’s negative hooding so would just want a bit of fat placed at my medial canthus

Because it descends with age for most so you will need upper bleph in the future if its excessive

You should of gotten fatgrafting before you got implants

Because the inflammation makes the blood supply to the fat less likely to happen
