fat grafting before trimax and implants? is this retarded

trimax is already approved and I get pre orthodontics on the 14th, but the surgery will be 6-8 months later with infra implants as well, is it retarded to get fat grafting and canthopexy while I wait? I have the money and I just want to ascend now. I feel like I'm just stalling and wasting time not ascending waiting for the trimax+infras
